Terms and Conditions of Pantarei Chauffeur Service di Tesfamikael Daniel are considered as legal obligations between the user and Pantarei Chauffeur Service di Tesfamikael Daniel. By using the services of Pantarei Chauffeur Service di Tesfamikael Daniel, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of the services. Please read the Terms of Service completely before use. If the user does not accept the Terms and Conditions of Pantarei Chauffeur Service di Tesfamikael Daniel, we ask to stop using the services offered by Pantarei Chauffeur Service.
 
Modify or supplement
 
Pantarei Chauffeur Service reserves the right to modify or supplement these Terms of Service at any time without notice. It is the user’s responsibility to regularly review these Terms of Service. Continued use of Pantarei Chauffeur Service after the modification or integration of the terms indicates acceptance of the Terms as amended or integrated.
 
Confirmation of the service
 
The service is guaranteed only after the final confirmation by Pantarei Chauffeur service if not already confirmed by the service booking system.
 
Cancellation and no-show
 
The cancellation within the agreed limit of the day excursion service does not imply any charge. To avoid penalties, the user must inform the operating manager of the cancellation with no less than 10 days prior to the beginning of the day service booked.
  • The cancellation from 10 days to 72 hours from the beginning of the day tour booked imply 50% of penalty of the whole cost of the service booked;
  • The cancellation of the tour booked involves a 100% penalty if communicated within 72 hours from the beginning of the service;
  • The cancellation of the transfer service 5 days or less before the beginning service imply 50% of penalty of the whole cost of the transfer service booked;
  • The cancellation of the transfer service 48 hours or less before the beginning service imply 100% of penalty of the whole cost of the transfer service booked.

At the day of the excursion, if the user does not show up at the established place, and Pantarei Chauffeur Service is unable to contact the user due to lack of information, 30 minutes of waiting time are guaranteed. If the user does not appear at the expiry of the extra 30 minutes of waiting, the service is considered a no-show and the full cost of the service will be charged. The user must advise Pantarei Chauffeur Service of any changes on the day excursion booked.
 
Payment by credit card
 
With Pantarei Chauffeur Service, the user can pay the amount of the service directly online by credit card before the service starts. In case of direct payment to the Driver, the details of a credit card will be required as a guarantee, no charge will be applied. The final payment by credit card or cash will be made to the Driver who will issue a receipt as a result of the transaction. If payment is made by credit card, the driver may request an additional identification to ensure the validity of the card. All signatures and information must match before the card is accepted as payment. The user can not leave the vehicle without first signing the authorization to debit the credit card. All transactions are securely managed and encrypted by a certified server to ensure maximum user confidentiality.
 
Objects lost or damaged
 
Pantarei Chauffeur Service is not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle. We are committed to identifying the property of the object left in the vehicle. Pantarei Chauffeur Service reserves the right to charge an amount for delivery of the object found. If the user has left a personal item in the vehicle and wishes to retrieve it, he can call +39 338 294 9219.
 
Exclusion of liability due to force majeure
 
Pantarei Chauffeur Service is not responsible for any canceled programs due to circumstances beyond our control. Of the circumstances due to force majeure, extraordinary and unpredictable events such as earthquakes, hurricanes, wars, rebellions; or even road closures, accidents due to adverse weather conditions. Pantarei Chauffeur Service will replace the booked excursion with another in order to guarantee a safe journey
 
User behavior during the day excursion
 
On board of vehicles used for public transport services with drivers, it is forbidden to:
– smoke in the vehicle;
– throw objects from both stationary and moving vehicles;
– stain, to dirty or to damage the vehicle;
– claim the transportation of pets without having agreed with Pantarei Chauffeur Service all the necessary measures to avoid damage and to respect the Italian law;
– claim a service in violation of the safety and behavior rules provided by the current Italian Highway Code.
 
Vehicle hire with professional Driver
 
All services of Pantarei Chauffeur Service are carried out by staff and vehicles for this profession. The vehicles are equipped and have the qualifications and the documents requested. Per law, these documents must be kept in the vehicle, at disposal when requested, for verification by the Police officer.
 
Complaints
 
For all bookings, if you have a complaint you must contact Pantarei Chauffeur Service di Tesfamikael Daniel as soon as possible to allow you/Us the opportunity to resolve the situation.
